MAINTENANCE

Our pieces are finished with a high-quality natural oil or water based products.Regularly wipe furniture with a damp cloth to remove dust and dirt. A re-oil is only required when the timber appears dry after 4-5 years.

CLEANING

Use a damp cloth to clean your furniture. Do not let water or spills sit on timber surfaces.

SCRATCHES

Do not drag hard objects on the surface of your furniture as any grit particles underneath may cause surface scratching. is your shipping policy?

SUNLIGHT

Exposure to excessive sunlight may cause the timber to deepen over time as our New Zealand sun is very harsh. We don’t recommend items sit in direct sunlight. Move coasters and decorator items often to avoid shadows.

HEAT

Use heat resistant placemats and coasters for hot dishes and coffee cups. Hot items can draw moisture from within the timber to create a cloudy ring.Do not position furniture over heating vents, close to open fireplaces or next to hot electrical appliances (gas heaters, oil heaters etc.)
